New Delhi: Wedding clashes have become a growing trend all over the world. Adding to the list is Uttar Pradesh’s Firozabad’s wedding where a violent clash broke out between the bride and groom’s families over food shortage. The intensity of the violence was so high that chairs and sticks were being used as weapons to throw at each other.

Viral video shows bride and groom’s families fight over food shortage in Firozabad

The clash broke out after the groom’s family demanded an additional Rs 1 lakh due to food shortage. The demand sparked a brawl, eventually calling off the wedding. The bride was taken home without the vows being exchanged.

The incident follows Bareilly’s latest violent wedding over a missing chicken leg piece in the biryani. Complaints quickly escalated into a full-blown fight, with guests and even the groom involved in the chaos.
