Louisiana: As Hurrican Francine is moving northeastward through Louisiana and Mississippi as a tropical storm. A video of three ships colliding and drifting down in the River in Dulac has surfaced on the internet.

Tropical Storm Francine brought severe conditions to southern Louisiana, including New Orleans, on Wednesday evening.

A powerful 78 mph wind gust was recorded at New Orleans' International Airport as the storm moved through the metropolitan area. 

A Flash Flood Emergency was declared for New Orleans and LaPlace, where heavy rainfall totals of 5-7 inches have caused significant flooding along the Interstate-10 corridor. 

The intense flooding has submerged vehicles, and power outages have been reported in parts of the city. Additionally, flooding has been reported in other areas of southern Louisiana, including Cocodrie and Dulac

According to reports, Tropical Storm Francine will continue to impact the region overnight, bringing rainfall and strong wind gusts to eastern Louisiana, as well as parts of Mississippi and Alabama.
