5 New Car Launches In 2025

BYD India, on 17th February, has officially launched the Sealion 7 at Rs 48.9 lakh (ex-showroom). 

The electric Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) was unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo on 17th January.

Maruti Suzuki e-Vitara is the first electric car from Maruti in India. The company will offer this model in two battery options—49 kWh and 61 kWh

The eVitara, which is estimated to be priced in the range of Rs 17-23 lakh, is expected to be rolled out by the first half of this year.

MG's Cyberster, which is an electric roadster, features a 77 kWh battery pack paired with dual electric motors.

MG Cyberster has a claimed range of up to 580 km on a single charge and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds.

The Tata Sierra brand is making a comeback in a modern avatar that will be available in both ICE (internal combustion engine) and EV versions

Upon launch, the Sierra, which will be priced in the range of Rs 10-15 lakh, will compete with compact SUVs like the Creta and Seltos.

The Mahindra XEV 7e, which is is the electric version of the XUV700 ICE SUV, is expected to be launched in the second half of 2025.

The upcoming e-SUV is the the production version of the Mahindra XUV.e8, which was unveiled in 2022.
