Citroen C3, Aircross, Basalt Dark Edition - Key Highlights

Citroen launched the Basalt Dark Edition in India. It has an all-black paint shade, and it is priced at ₹12.80 lakh (ex-showroom).

It has dark-chrome accents on the outside, gloss black treatments on the bumper and the door handles. 

The price of the Citroen Aircross Dark Edition starts at ₹13.13 lakh (ex-showroom). It has a similar exterior, interior update and features remains unchanged. 

The C3 Dark Edition has a price tag of ₹₹8.38 lakh (ex-showroom) onwards. It competes with the Hyundai Exter Knight Edition in its segment. 

The interiors of the Basalt, C3, and Aircross have an all-black leatherette upholstery, gloss black inserts on multiple parts, and all black interiors.

The seats of the Dark Editions of the C3, Aircross, and Basalt have a "Dark Edition" stitching. 

The steering wheel is a three-spoke unit, which is common on the C3, Aircross, and the Basalt. 

There are two-engine options on the C3, Aircross, and Basalt. It has a 1.2L NA petrol engine with a 5-speed manual or a 1.2L turbo petrol with a 6-speed manual or AT option. 

Citroen Basalt scored a four-star safety rating in the Bharat NCAP crash test.
