Tata Curvv Diesel 1000 Km Review in 10 Points

Tata Motors launched the Curvv in August 2024. It has a coupe styling with a similar front design as the Nexon. Curvv has a connected LED DRL, which performs a welcome and a goodbye function. 

Tata Curvv has a sloping roofline, which gives it a coupe-styling. It has a length of 4,308 mm, a width of 1,810 mm, and a height of 1,630 mm. It has flush door handles for better aerodynamics.

Since Tata Curvv is a coupe-SUV, the C-pillar is thick, and the sloping roofline eats up the headroom at the rear. It has a black body cladding which runs all-around the SUV. 

The rear has a connected LED DRL and LED tail lamps. Since it has a coupe-styling, it misses on the rear wiper and washer, which is a useful feature during monsoon season. 

We drove the 1.5L inline four-cylinder diesel engine, producing 115BHP and 260Nm torque, paired with a seven-speed DCT transmission. The engine was a bit noisy despite having insulation.

Tata Curvv has LED projector setup for the headlamps and fog lamps. The throw of these headlamps was good. However, it could have been positioned slightly better for better illumination. 

The Curvv runs on 18-inch alloy wheels on the top-spec trim. The suspension is stiff which gives it a great ride quality on bad roads and stays planted on high speeds. 

Talking about the boot, it has a powered tailgate and the boot space of 500L is ample enough for your luggage. The loading lib is also normal which makes it easy to stuff in luggage. 

The interiors have a red tone with soft touch materials on the dashboard. It has ambient lighting in multiple shades and the dashboard has a similar layout as what we see in other models. 

Tata Curvv has a four-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo in the centre. The steering wheel feels confident to hold but the fit finish could have been better.
