The hiring trends show an increase of 6% in fresher hiring from 0 to 3 years of experience. Non-IT sectors like insurance, pharma, and real estate drive it. 

A 17% growth is seen in hiring individuals with 16+ years of experience, followed by 14% for 13-15 years, 11% for 8-12 years, and 6% for 4-7 years. 

As per reports by Naukri JobSpeak of April 2025, Hyderabad and Delhi NCR emerge as unicorn hiring hubs with a +70% and +38% surge in recruitment. 

The IT sector primarily drove hiring momentum in Kolkata and Coimbatore, recording a +16% and +14% surge, respectively.
