She concluded her day by celebrating with her family, including her parents, kids and boyfriend Danny Ramirez.

Jessica shot to fame at the age of 19 with her role in the TV series Dark Angel. Her cinematic breakthrough came shortly after with the lead role in the 2003 film Honey.
