Some months pass without any significant release, and then there are also Fridays like June 12, when not just a handful, but 11 major titles will hit the big screens. Which one will you watch first? 

Headlined by Kangana, the film shifts the spotlight from celebrated heroes to nurses and ward boys who emerged as silent saviours during one of India's darkest chapters. 

The film is based on India's worst economic meltdown of the 1990s. Manoj Bajpayee essays the role of a determined Governor tasked with steering the nation through one of its most turbulent periods. 

Directed by Imtiaz Ali, the film stars Diljit Dosanjh, Naseeruddin Shah, Vedang Raina & Sharvari Wagh. The plot moves between present-day and a flashback romance set against the backdrop of Partition.

Haunted 3D stars Mimoh Chakraborty, Chetna Pande, Shruti Prakash, Gaurav Bajpai, Praneet Bhatt and Hemant Pandey. The film is directed by Vikram Bhatt. 

Based on the life of a real-life IPS officer, Simala Prasad, the film stars Anjali Patil, Mukesh Tiwari, Raghubir Yadav, and Ashwini Kalsekar.  

The Malayalam action thriller is directed by Shaji Kailas and features Joju George and Arjun Ashokan. 

The Telugu language film, backed by Kalki 2898 AD fame Nag Ashwin, is a romance musical. Earlier set for June 11 release, the movie features Ayaan K, Shalini Kondepudi, Ahilya Bamroo. 

Maanvi Gagroo and Patralekhaa feature in the comedy drama romance film directed by Kartik Chaudhry. 

The much-awaited American parody film directed by Michael Tiddes will also be released on June 12. It stars Marlon, Shawn, Anna Faris, and Regina Hall.

Another anticipated horror film after Obsession is Backrooms. Directed by a former YouTuber, Kane Parsons, the film is based on found-footage short films. 

Directed by Steven Spielberg, the science fiction movie stars Emily Blunt, Josh O'Connor, Colin Firth, Eve Hewson, and Colman Domingo.
