Who’s Shooting For Films At Maha Kumbh Mela? Boyapati Srinu, Abhishek Banerjee, Sanjay Mishra And More

Many actors and filmmakers are at the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj to work on various projects.

Stree actor Abhishek Banerjee is currently shooting the project in Prayagraj.

While the details of the project are still unknown, the BTS shots of the mela went viral online. Revealing that the film also stars Shahana Goswami and Neeraj Kabi and is directed by Bharat Bala.

Sanjay Mishra is currently working on a UP Police film about cybercrime, being filmed during the ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj.

Sanjay Mishra also announced Vadh 2 along with Neena Gupta at Prayagraj. The film will be premiered on Netflix soon.

Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta also took a holy dip at Sangam after taking blessings for the upcoming film.

Despatch actress Shahana Goswami is also in Prayagraj to shoot the film along with Abhishek Banerjee and others.

Shahana also shares her Maha Kumbh experience on her Instagram story, while enjoying shooting days.

Telugu director Boyapati Srinu also shot portions of Balakrishna-starrer film Akhanda 2: Thaandavam in Prayagraj.

Akhanda 2 is scheduled to be released in the theatres around Dussehra 2025.
