XPoSat: ISRO Again Makes India Proud with New Year Gift

After reaching the Moon, and aiming for the Sun, the ISRO rang in to the New Year by putting on a show of its own with the successful launch of the XPoSat mission, as a gift to proud Indians.

Mission Director Dr Jayakumar M said that XPoSat is a space observatory and is a totally women-engineered satellite for comparison of Solar irradiance and UV index.
