3 Easy Steps To Make Beetroot Kanji For Your Gut Health


Ingredeints

  • 2 tbsp rai
  • 1 tbsp black mustard powder
  • 2-3 large carrots peeled
  • 2 large beetroots peeled
  • 2 liter water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp heeng

Step 1

Grind the rai and mustard powder into a fine consistency.

Cut the peeled carrots and beetroots into batons.

Step 3

Add all the ingredients in a clean glass jar and keep in the sun. Allow it to ferment for for 3-4, then serve chilled.
