A good night's sleep is essential for overall well-being and good health. Getting ample sleep is not a luxury, but a necessity, especially in today's fast-paced lifestyle.

To ensure a proper night's sleep, get rid of Noise, bright lights, or even an uncomfortable mattress, which can interrupt a sleep cycle. Keep your surroundings quieter, darker, and calmer.

Less caffeine means more sleep. Caffeine often stays in the system for longer hours, keeping the body alert. Also, heavy or spicy food close to bedtime can cause discomfort or indigestion.

Consistency is key. An inconsistent routine can make it harder to fall asleep. You should maintain a fixed sleep schedule, even on weekends or off.

Watching TV or spending time on a smartphone late at night exposes the eyes to blue light, leading to overstimulation. You must switch off devices at least 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
