Easy Ways To Get Rid Of Oily And Greasy Hair In Summer


Mix lemon juice with water, apply to hair and scalp, and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Massage gently, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. You can follow up with a conditioner if needed. Repeat once or twice a week based on your hair's oiliness.

Mix 2-3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with 8 oz of water as a final rinse after shampooing to balance scalp pH, remove excess oil, and reduce frizz. Massage into scalp, rinse with cool water, and condition if needed. Always dilute ACV with water to avoid irritation, and start with a small amount if you have a sensitive scalp.

Baking soda absorbs excess oil and residue, leaving hair fresh and less oily. Mix with water to create a paste or use as a dry shampoo by sprinkling on roots and massaging in. Mix baking soda with water to form a paste, apply to scalp and hair, and rinse after 15-20 minutes, or, use as a dry shampoo.
