Heat ghee in a wok and put green cardamom.

Add seviyan and chopped dry fruits.

Mix well and roast on low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Make sugar syrup from sugar and water, and soak saffron in milk.

Add sugar syrup to roasted seviyan and mix well.

Add saffron milk to seviyan.

Add khoya, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
