Microwave the Khoya for 2-3 minutes, then crumble and press it in a non-stick pan until it reaches a soft dough-like consistency.

Mix all-purpose flour with sufficient desi ghee to create a pliable dough, or use pre-made pie crust or rolled-out maida, and cut out 2-inch circles using a round cookie cutter.
