Holika Dahan, or Choti Holi, symbolizes the triumph of good over evil, commemorating Prahlad's miraculous escape. 

Holika Dahan symbolises the triumph of good over evil, encouraging self-purification, letting go of negativity, and embracing fresh beginnings.

Holika Dahan ritual centers around lighting a large bonfire, constructed from collected wood and twigs, bringing families and communities together.

Effigies of Holika are burned in the bonfire, alongside an idol of Prahlad, symbolising divine protection and the triumph of good over evil.

The Holika Dahan ritual includes Gangajal, cow dung garland, akshat, flowers, roli, and moli, as essential puja samagri.

The Holika Dahan rituals also includes jaggery, turmeric, moong dal, batashe, gulal, wheat, and baaliyan (ear of wheat) as essential puja samagri.

The offerings are made to seek divine blessings for prosperity, happiness, and negativity elimination, as people gather around the bonfire.
