How To Make Delicious Tandoori Egg? A Flavourful Twist On A Classic Dish


Tandoori eggs recipe

  • Eggs as Required
  • 1.5 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder

Cont.

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp Curd/Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Mustard Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste

Step 1

Take all the ingredients and mix them well.

Step 2

Marinate the egg with a flavourful twist and leave it for 1 hour.

Step 3

Roast the marinated eggs on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

The tandoori eggs are ready to serve.

Butter or oil

To fry the marinated eggs as it gets roasted in the grilled pan use butter or oil of your preference.

Ingredient to make mint chutney

  • About 30 gm of mint leaves
  • 15 gm cilantro 
  • Garlic clove
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 green chilli
  • 8-10 cashews
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2-3 tsp water
