The total Lunar Eclipse on September 7 offered skywatchers a rare celestial event. 

During the eclipse, Earth's shadow falls on the lunar surface, which results in reducing its brightness and often giving it a reddish tint, popularly referred to as the 'Blood Moon.' 

The Lunar Eclipse was visible not only in India but in Australia, the Far East, the Middle East, Europe and some parts of Africa. 

Skygazers from across the country took to their X (formerly Twitter) accounts to share photos of the dramatically red-coloured moon.

Skygazers in Delhi were unable to get a clear view of the moon due to the cloudy weather. However, the lunar eclipse offered a glimpse of the moon in the National Capital.
