One Pot Pasta In Just 15 Minutes, Here's Recipe And Cooking Guide


Step 1

Chop the onion, mince the garlic and measure out the spices.

Turn on your pressure cooker and add olive oil. Once hot, add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion turns a little brownish.

Now, add water and your favourite pasta. Make sure the pasta is submerged in the liquid.

Sprinkle dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the pasta. Add in your favourite veggies and diced tomatoes or tomato paste. Stir everything together.

Secure the lid on the pressure cooker and let it cook for at least 6-7 minutes.

Once the cooking time is completed, safely open the lid and give the pasta a gentle stir.
