Besan Ki Kadhi
Whisk gram flour (besan) with yoghurt, water, turmeric, and salt. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, stir, add tempering (oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves), and microwave for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.

Instant Dhokla
Mix besan, ginger-chilli paste, lemon juice, turmeric, and fruit salt (Eno). Pour into a greased bowl and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes.

Steamed Moong Dal Chaat
Soak moong dal for 15 minutes. Combine with water, turmeric, salt, and spices in a microwave-safe dish and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add spices and cook for another 5 mins.
