Virat Kohli Breaks Tendulkar's Record, Scores The Fastest To 14,000 ODI Runs During Champions Trophy

Virat Kohli has been going through a lean patch in the game for quite a while. The Indian cricketer veteran has struggled to bring out some numbers with the bat. 

It is a critical situation for Virat Kohli, as his form and intent have been under question after primarily falling prey to the spinners.

While entering the India vs Pakistan, Kohli's eyes showed intent as he bravely fought his battles with spin in the game.

During the IND vs PAK Champions Trophy match, Kohli scored a half century and troubled the Pakistani bowlers with his clinical batting.

Kohli entered the history books after completing 14,000 ODI runs on Sunday after driving Haris Rauf's delivery for a boundary.

The India star broke Sachin Tendulkar's record after securing the feat in 287 innings, which is way less than what Tendulkar required.

Kohli also enters the exclusive ‘Fastest to 14,000 ODI Runs’ club which features Sri Lankan great Kumar Sangakkara and Sachin Tendulkar.

Virat Kohli sits at the top of the list after achieving it in 287 innings. Sangakkara needed 378 while Sachin did it in 350 innings.
