Samsung One UI 7: Check What’s New, Eligible Phones

The One UI 7 update introduces more artificial intelligence (AI) features and adds additional system improvements. Samsung says some of them are inspired from iOS. 

The One UI 7 update will soon be open to users in  Japan, Thailand, Mexico, India, Austria, Vietnam, South Africa, France, Italy, Switzerland, Indonesia, Germany, Russia, and Brazil.

According to Samsung, some parts will get the update from April 10, while the rest of the markets will start getting it from April 14, 2025.

The Now Bar feature is a pill-shaped card, which is displayed on the screen’s bottom, showing real-time information of the currently playing music, flight details, navigation, and more.  

Samsung has further added AI Select, that allows the users to select a part of the screen and then implement various functions to it.

The first eligible phone is the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. It has a 5000 mAh, 6.8-inch screen, and runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. The price of Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is ₹1,19,999. 

The next eligible phone is the Samsung Galaxy S24+. It has a 4900 mAh, 6.7-inch screen, and runs on Exynos 2400 chip. The price of Samsung Galaxy S24+ is ₹99,999. 

The third eligible phone is the Samsung Galaxy S24. It has a 4000 mAh, 6.2-inch screen, and runs on Exynos 2400 chip. The price of Samsung Galaxy S24 is ₹64,999. 

The first eligible phone is the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6. It has a 4400 mAh, 6.8-inch screen, and runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. The price of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is ₹1,64,999. 

The first eligible phone is the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6. It has a 4000 mAh, 6.7-inch screen, and runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. The price of Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is ₹1,21,999.
