Blinken, FMs arrive for Arctic Council dinner

Foreign Ministers arrived Wednesday for the Arctic Council meeting in Iceland's capital Reykjavik.

Iceland's Foreign Minister Gudlaugur Thór Thórdarson greeted ministers, including U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, as they arrived at the meeting venue.

Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov plan to talk in person on Wednesday on the sidelines of the meeting in Reykjavik, a city with deep history in U.S.-Russian relations.
