'Everything Is Red': Iran's Wave Of Ballistic Missiles At Israel After Imminent Attack Intelligence
Iran on Tuesday fired several missiles hours after 'imminent attack' warning by the intelligence agencies.
Tel Aviv: Iran fired several rockets towards Israel hours after intelligence warned of an imminent attack in Tel Aviv, the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) said on Tuesday. According to reports, sirens continued to sound across Israel alerting people to rush towards the border. Some media reports in Israel have suggested that over 100 missiles have been launched from Iran. This comes after Israel eliminated Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah in a major strike on September 27 in Lebanon.
Speaking to Republic TV, one of the Indian students in Tel Aviv said that it's one of the worst attack they were witnessing. He told that there were sirens all around the city as people rushed towards bunkers and shelters.
Speaking from a shelter, he further said that they heard very loud explosions from different parts of the city, adding it was very strong attack by Iran.
Reports say over 400 missiles fired by Iran
Terry Newman, Geopolitics Expert, speaking to Republic TV said that they have never seen Israel skies as they saw it today. This attack by Iran is not just against Israel but also against the West.
No major damage, says Israel
Israeli media reported that no major damage or casualties have been reported in the ballistic missiles attack by Iran. Over 200 missiles were launched and were intercepted or fell north of Tel Aviv and other areas.
US warned of imminent attack on Israel
This morning, US President Biden convened a meeting with Vice President Kamala Harris and their national security team to discuss Iranian plans to imminently launch a significant ballistic missile attack against Israel. They reviewed the status of US preparations to help Israel defend against these attacks and protect US personnel in the region, White House said in a statement.
