Pakistan has again been training gun at India, posing itself as the good guy. Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi slammed India saying there has been a gross human rights violation in the Indian Occupied Kashmir (IoK). He also said that India's action in the IoK is a challenge to the world conscience.

Abbasi's statements come close on the heels of a global outrage over Pakistan's step-motherly treatment of its own people in Sindh , Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. Also, just on Wednesday, UN Security Council's updated its list of terrorists and militant groups , in which 139 entries from Pakistan alone.

The Pakistani Prime Minister while showing sham concern for Kashmiris also said that he will bear all the expenses for the treatment of injured Kashmiris in IoK and anywhere in the world. Working hand in gloves with him, Pakistan's MoFA spokesperson Mohammad Faisal alleged that India used pellet guns on civilians and it did not give basic facility to the Kashmiris.

This is not the first time, however, that Pakistan has tried to corner India by spreading falsehoods and lies. In earlier instances, it tried to showcase India as being perpetuating atrocities at Kashmiris. At one particular instance, one of the Pakistan's envoys, Maleeha Lodhi was caught in her own trap when she had put out a fake picture to showcase Indian atrocities in Kashmir.

Abbasi had also called a special meeting of the federal cabinet to review the situation in the Valley. Post the meeting, the cabinet adopted a resolution condemning the brutal and indiscriminate use of forces by India.

Abbasi blamed the Indian government of silencing the voices of Kashmiri people while at the same time urged international bodies to take cognizance of human rights violation. This comes at a time when Pakistan is facing a lot of global flak for acting as a safe haven for terrorists.

Abbasi also maintained that he will raise the Kashmir issue on all international forums. He further said that diplomatic, as well as international efforts, were required to solve the issue as soon as possible.
