'Nuclear Threat No Longer, Sleep Well Tonight!' Says Trump Moments After Landing In The US

US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un attended the historic summit in Singapore on Tuesday. They met for the first time after a year of exchanging threats and personal insults.

Moments after Donald Trump landed in the US after the summit culminated successfully, he took to Twitter to convey that everyone can now feel safe as there is no longer a nuclear threat from North Korea.

He wrote,"Just landed - a long trip, but everybody can now feel much safer than the day I took office. There is no longer a Nuclear Threat from North Korea. Meeting with Kim Jong Un was an interesting and very positive experience. North Korea has great potential for the future!"

He further added,"Before taking office people were assuming that we were going to War with North Korea. President Obama said that North Korea was our biggest and most dangerous problem. No longer - sleep well tonight!"

Previously, Trump praised North Korean leader, Kim Jong-Un stating that "Anyone can make war, but only the most courageous can make peace." He further stated that the North Korean leader was a very smart and a good negotiator. 

The leaders signed a joint agreement for the complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. Further, President Donald Trump will also be inviting Kim Jong-Un at the appropriate time to the White House so that they can enhance bilateral ties between the two regions.
