After Alan Stillwell was informed by a co-worker about a poster featuring him vandalized with a marker, the realtor posted a photograph of himself on Facebook with similar glasses, eyebrows and goatee sported by him in the poster. He took it sportingly and dealt with vandalism with a tinge of wit and humour. The post has gone viral over the realtor's attitude and unique approach to dealing with vandalism.

The post is being widely shared by meme pages on Facebook and Instagram. Alan calls the post a one-hit-wonder
Realtors across Canada have reportedly contacted Alan telling him how they’ve dealt with their own signs being vandalized. The realtor told the media that he didn't expect his post will go viral and that he did it only for fun. Calling it a one-hit-wonder, He said that the response to his post has been overwhelming, though he is not sure whether he will do anything like it again. Speaking about the vandalized sign, he said he will keep it as a memory.
