A Special Tribunal in Dhaka will deliver its verdict on the Holey Artisan Cafe attack which killed 22 people on November 27. Judge Md Majibur Rahman of the anti-terrorism special tribunal of Dhaka decided the date when the eight accused for killing dozens including 17 foreigners in 2016 were produced before the court. The prosecution told the special committee during their closing arguments that they were able to prove the charges against all eight who are currently in jail but sought capital punishment. The defendants on the other hand still believe that charges were brought based on confessional statements of the six accused which is not credible.
