Despite a nationwide lockdown a Czech theatre company has found a way to entertain the masses.

The Prague-based Cirk la Putyka company projected one of their past performances called 'Family' onto the side of an apartment building on the outskirts of the capital.

The block of flats, known locally as panelaks and built during the Soviet Era, are functionalist design housing meant for the common worker.

People watched from their windows, from lawn chairs or as they strolled by.

Czech officials have banned all public events and closed schools in response to the coronavirus outbreak in the country.
