Over 100 people, mostly young and with their faces covered, demonstrated on Friday in front of the US Embassy in Mexico City against police racism in the United States.

Protesters kicked the metal fence surrounding the embassy, threw rocks over it, and painted graffiti with anti-racism and anti-imperialism slogans.

They marched through the streets near the embassy vandalizing bus stops, banks, and convenience stores.Demonstrations have been staged across several cities in different countries after George Floyd, a black man, died while handcuffed when a white police officer pressed a knee into his neck for several minutes.
