Trudeau visits Kamloops following criticism
After facing criticism for skipping earlier events, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visited an indigenous community in Kamloops British Columbia Monday, where some 200 unmarked graves were found at the site of a former residential school last spring.

After facing criticism for skipping earlier events, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visited an indigenous community in Kamloops British Columbia Monday, where some 200 unmarked graves were found at the site of a former residential school last spring.
Trudeau faced criticism for not visiting the community on September 30th, when key events to commemorate the lives lost took place on Canada's First National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
