World's most expensive limited edition chocolates launched by ITC

ITC group launched the world's most expensive limited-edition 'Trinity Truffles Extraordinaire' chocolate with one box costing approximately Rs. 4 lakhs

ITC group launched the world's most expensive chocolate price at Rs. 4.3 lakh per kilogram on October 22. The limited-edition chocolate 'Trinity Truffles Extraordinaire' is launched under their luxury chocolate brand Fabelle Exquisite Chocolates and has entered the Guinness World Records to become the world's most expensive chocolate. The chocolates are co-curated by France's Michelin Star Chef Philippe Conticini and Fabelle's Master Chocolatier.

The chocolates are made with exotic ingredients sourced from across the world combined with years of expertise in the chocolate making which has resulted in creating sublime chocolate creation that is “unparalleled”. The limited-edition chocolates will be encased in a hand-made wooden box, containing 15 truffles. Each chocolate will reportedly weigh approximately 15 grams. According to reports, the made-to-order box will only be available at an indulgent price at Rs. 1 lakh is inclusive of taxes. The COO, Anuj Rustagi claims that the goal of the company is to let the world know that the best chocolate in the world is made and sold in India.

"We first came up with the concept of the trinity, and we have truffle inspired by the creator, nurturer, and the destroyer, a spiritual concept expressed in chocolate," Rustagi added.
