Raab and Hancock arrive for cabinet meeting without PM

Senior UK ministers arrived at 10 Downing Street on Tuesday to conduct their first cabinet meeting since UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson was taken to intensive care after contracting the coronavirus.

Senior UK ministers arrived at 10 Downing Street on Tuesday to conduct their first cabinet meeting since UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson was taken to intensive care after contracting the coronavirus.

The UK has no official post of deputy prime minister, but Dominic Raab, UK Foreign Secretary, has been designated to take over should Johnson become incapacitated.

Raab arrived at Number 10 early on Tuesday along with Matt Hancock, UK Health Secretary.
