President Joe Biden says the U.S. is not ready to send more vaccines abroad. "We don't have enough to be confident to send it abroad now," Biden said on Wednesday. "But I expect we are going to be able to do that." The president had been asked about sharing additional vaccines with other countries, after he announced the United States is set to meet the goal of administering 200 million coronavirus doses in his first 100 days in office.

Biden said he spoke with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau Wednesday for about a half hour. "We helped a little bit there, we're going to try to help some more, but there's other countries as well that I'm confident we can help, including in Central America," he said.
