Heartwarming video of US soldier surprising his fiancée goes viral

An endearing moment when a US soldier surprised his spouse at work after being away for 10 months has gone viral on social media. Staff Sergeant Jeremy Miller, who was positioned in Ansbach, Germany, chose to give his life partner Maria Palmer a surprise. She is a presenter and director at radio station 106.5. She was informed that her husband's flight has been delayed.

The 3-minute viral video clip

The 3-minute video clip which has gone viral over the internet shows Miller walking towards the radio station in his uniform along with his luggage. He at that point proceeds to sit for Palmer, who has been advised by her associates to meet an audience member in the waiting area. Uninformed of Miller's presence, she is shocked to see her fiance waiting for her. After a long hug, Palmer ultimately can be seen wiping her tears before greeting Miller. She can be heard saying, “Hi, well you’re real, you’re not my phone!” in the video. The video was shared on Youtube which has garnered over 9000 views.

A similar incident

In a similar incident that occurred last year, after being away for more than half a year while serving in Afghanistan, Captain Hyrum Bronson chose to organize an eccentric homecoming for his family. His family initially thought he was returning three weeks later.
