What inspired NaMo thalis?
Revealing about her inspiration behind curating the thaalis with special dishes, the Chef said that she did research on what PM Modi's mother cooked for him. "I did a lot of research on what he (PM Modi) likes , what his mother cooked for him on his birthday. These days it is easy to research what he likes without being in India. I am also planning to make Namo Thali a part of our regular menu," she added. Kiran has collaborated with Four Stroke hotel in Houston to serve the guests at the Howdy Modi event. Chef Kiran said that she is extremely elated to host all those who have come to attend the 'Howdy Modi' event. "We have been cooking the Indian menu for the last week. We have over 150-200 people for breakfast, lunch. We have been hosting these guests at the Four Stroke Hotel and have been honoured to cook with Chefs over there." She added that she has received a good response.
