DISTURBING: Andhra Pradesh Schoolboys Caught On Cam Drinking Beer on New Year's Eve, Video Viral

Andhra Pradesh: A shocking video circulating on social media unveiled a disturbing scene involving 16 boys from Classes 6, 7, and 10 enrolled in a BC government residential school at Chodavaram mandal in Andhra Pradesh's Anakapalle district. The footage showcased these young students engaged in consuming alcohol as part of their New Year's Eve celebrations. The video that has now gone viral on social media showed a shadowy room with beer bottles arranged in front of the children. Several empty alcohol bottles were also seen across the room

Moreover, two external individuals were also seen in the disturbing video alongside the schoolboys. All present in the room reportedly consumed beer and participated in a Biryani feast at an under-construction apartment building near the boys' hostel to celebrate New Year 2024. The noises from the room caught the attention of an air conditioning mechanic and the school's driver. Upon reaching, they allegedly found the minor school boys in an inebriated state and smoking cigarettes. According to both the eyewitnesses, the boys warned and assaulted them for recording the incident on their mobile phones, as per local reports.

An internal inquiry has commenced, with authorities maintaining that the matter remains confidential as the boys involved in the incident are minors.
