30 Cabinet Ministers Take Oath In Modi 3.0 Govt, 25 From BJP | Full List

Modi 3.0 Cabinet: Seventy-two ministers, comprising 30 cabinet ministers, five with independent charge, and 36 ministers of state, were sworn in alongside Prime Minister Narendra Damodardas Modi on Sunday. Following PM Modi, Rajnath Singh and Amit Shah took the oath, with Nitin Gadkari following suit as the fourth leader. JP Nadda, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Nirmala Sitharaman, S Jaishankar, and Manohar Lal Khattar then proceeded to take their oaths.
The inclusion of HD Kumaraswamy of the Janata Dal (Secular) marked the first instance of a leader from any of the BJP's allies in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) taking the oath. Shortly thereafter, Janata Dal (United) leader Lalan Singh, a trusted aide of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, also took the oath. Sarbananda Sonowal became the inaugural leader from the northeast to be sworn in, followed by Kiren Rijiju.
