Kyrie Irving had one of his worst nights at the basketball court as he raked up only 12 points as his side Dallas Mavericks were completely dominated by the Boston Celtics in Game 1 of NBA Finals.

The Boston Celtics ran out 107-89 winners in the Game 1 at TD Garden and led by as many as 29 points at one stage. The Celtics were closing in on the victory but then Luka Doncic led Dallas Mavericks burst in third quarter to bring the lead down to as many as 8 points.

But Doncic got no support from his running mate Kyrie Irving and ended up losing game 1. Kyrie Irving is now 0-11 in his last 11 games against Boston Celtics. His rough shooting night had a lot of doubters but Kyrie Irving as soon as the game ended responded in the most Kyrie Irving manner.
