The following are the three core ingredients to make chatpata pineapple salad:

• Pineapple
• Cucumber
• Onion

• 2 tablespoons EVOO
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• Juice of half a lemon

• 1 garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
• 2 sprigs of coriander, finely chopped

• Add all dressing ingredients to a jar
