Step 1
Dry roast makhana, cashew and almonds, and blitz them for 2-3 seconds. Add raisins and dates and blitz till it forms a coarse texture.

Set it in a silicon mould and freeze for 2-3 hours, and then dip it in chocolate and once again freeze it for 30 mins.
