This day celebrates the history and enjoyment of chocolate, a beloved global flavour. 

Chocolate comes from the seed of the tropical Theobroma cacao tree, growing in Mexico, Central America, and Northern South America. 

Historians have documented the earliest cultivation of cacao seeds at around 1100 BC. 

There are five types of chocolate such as unsweetened baking chocolate, sweet chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, and ruby chocolate. 

Eating chocolate offers multiple health like mood enhancement, improved brain and heart health.
