1 cup phool makhana/ puffed lotus seeds
2 cups milk
¼ cup sugar
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 saffron pinch
2 green cardamom
½ teaspoon ghee

Instruction:
Step 1: First heat a pan, and roast makhane in ghee for 2 minutes.

Step 2: Crush the roasted makhana roughly with your hands.

Step 3: Boil milk and add makhana.

Step 4: Add saffron soaked in warm milk and sugar.

Step 5: Boil for 5 minutes until the milk reduces.

Step 6: Add evaporated milk, and powdered cardamom. Bring to a boil and switch off the flame.
