Yoga Asanas To Combat Neck Pain


Standing forward bend pose: Stand with feet hip-width apart, fold forward, and relax head and neck, holding for 1 minute with gentle head movements before slowly rolling back up.

Cat-Cow pose: Start on all fours, inhale to arch spine and look up, exhale to tuck chin and round spine, repeating for 1 minute with gentle head shakes.

Child pose: Kneel, sit back on heels, and fold forward, extending arms to support neck or resting head on stacked hands, holding for a few minutes.
