In recent developments, a cache of warlike stores was unearthed in the Thanamadi area of Rajouri district, Jammu and Kashmir, as per the latest reports. The discovery, made on December 15 and 16, marked the culmination of a sustained operation conducted by the Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP), and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). This operation was carried out in the terrain of Dadruni, near Darhal, amidst adverse weather conditions and heavy snowfall.

The recovered cache, following the relentless efforts of the security forces, comprised pistols, ammunition-loaded magazines, hand grenades, and various administrative materials. This successful operation follows previous endeavors that led to the recovery of a similar weapons cache in the Darhal area. According to reports, the continued vigilance of the investigative teams has been instrumental in these operations.

Despite the inclement weather and challenging circumstances, the operation remains ongoing as the investigative teams persist in their efforts.
