Aloe vera is high on antibacterial properties, which help in treating dandruff, especially during winter. The cooling and hydrating effect of aloe vera gel helps in reducing dandruff and also keeps the scalp healthy. All you need to do is take fresh aloe vera gel and apply it on your scalp for about 20-30 minutes before shampooing. Do it at least twice or thrice a week to see better results.
Apple cider vinegar, again, can be used as a natural remedy for dandruff. The vinegar’s acetic capacity is believed to help stimulate the shedding of dead skin cells on your scalp. Also, Apple cider vinegar can balance the pH of your skin to reduce fungal growth. This also helps in fighting dandruff. However, there are no studies to support these claims.
