RE Classic 650 Launched: Royal Enfield has launched the bigger version of its Classic series in India, the Classic 650. The automaker has launched the Classic 650 at ₹3.37 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai). The design remains identical to the Classic 350 and the buyers have three variant options to opt from. These variants are Hotrod, Classic, and Chrome. Regarding features, Classic 650 has multiple convenience features for the riders and has four colour options to opt from.

The design of the Royal Enfield Classic 650 is similar to the Classic 350. The design elements on the Classic 650 consists of a tear drop shaped fuel tank, the twin exhaust pipes and curved fenders.
The Classic 650 has a steel frame. Talking about suspensions, the front has a telescopic fork and the rear has twin shock absorbers. Regarding the wheels, the Classic 650 has wire-spoke wheels shod and misses on tubeless tyres.
Royal Enfield has added convenience features for the riders to enhance the user experience. It comes with USB Type-C charging socket, LED headlamps, adjustable levers, tripper navigation, and for safety, Royal Enfield Classic 650 has dual-channel ABS on offer.
Coming to the heart, the Classic 650 is powered by a 649cc parallel-twin air-cooled petrol engine. This engine produces a peak power of 46.3BHP and 52.3Nm torque, paired to a six-speed gearbox. To enhance the riding experience, the Classic 650 comes with a slipper clutch as standard. This engine also powers its siblings, the Continental 650, Interceptor 650, Shotgun 650.
