Hyundai Verna Price Hiked by Rs 5,000: Check Details

Hyundai India has hiked the prices of Verna in India and added a new spoiler and a grey colour to the lineup. The price of the base variant remains unchanged.

Price of Hyundai Verna: Hyundai Motors India has hiked the price of its D-Segment sedan, Verna in India. The company has updated the sedan with a new rear spoiler and a new colour option for the customers. Except for the base variant, the prices of all other variants of the Hyundai Verna surged by Rs 4,000. Let us look at the price, addition, and colour option added to the Hyundai Verna.

Hyundai Verna Price:

The price of the base E 1.5 NA Manual variant remains the same, Rs 11 lakh (ex-showroom). The prices from the S variant onwards surged and the SX (O) Dual Tone with a 1.5 Turbo petrol engine is now priced at Rs 17.48 lakh (ex-showroom). 

Hyundai Verna Exterior and colour options: 

Hyundai Motors India has updated the Verna with a rear spoiler. This rear spoiler adds a more sporty appearance to the sedan. Rest all the design elements on the exterior remains unchanged. There is a new grey colour which has been added to Verna's lineup. 

Hyundai Verna Interior: 

The interior of the Hyundai Verna remains unchanged. It offers a dual-tone interior with 10.25-inch connected screens for infotainment and instrument cluster. The touch and feel of the materials are premium and offer a plush experience inside the cabin.

Hyundai Verna Features: 

The Hyundai Verna offers a wide array of features. Verna comes with connected car technology, a sunroof, Level-2 ADAS technology for added safety, six airbags, and more. Additionally, Verna also offers features such as automatic climate control, a wireless charger. 

Hyundai Verna Powertrain Options: 

Hyundai has dropped the diesel engine from the Verna and offers a powerful turbo petrol engine. The Hyundai Verna is powered by a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, producing 115 BHP and 143 Nm torque, mated to a six-speed manual or an IVT gearbox. There is a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine as well, which produces 160 BHP and 253 Nm torque, mated to a six-speed manual or a seven-speed DCT transmission.
