Maruti Suzuki Swift Blitz Edition launched for festive season
Maruti Suzuki launched the Swift Blitz Edition in India for the festive season. The Swift Blitz Edition is based on the LXI, VXI, and VXI(O) variants.
Swift Special Edition launched: Maruti Suzuki launched the Swift Blitz Edition in India for the festive season. The company introduced this edition in a bid to attract more customers in this festive season. This is an accessorised version of the Swift, having exterior and interior accessories. Maruti Arena dealers will be retailing the Swift Blitz for a limited period, to push sales of the vehicle’s lower-spec variants. The Maruti Suzuki Swift Blitz Edition is the fifth special edition for the festive season.

Maruti Suzuki Swift starts at Rs 6.49 lakh to Rs 9.85 lakh (ex-showroom). The Swift Blitz Edition is based on the LXI, VXI, and VXI(O) variants. It is available across both petrol and CNG variants. The Blitz Edition, which is worth Rs 49,848, is being offered for free to buyers.

The Swift Blitz Edition offers a rear underbody spoiler, fog lamps, illuminated door sills, a spoiler on top of the boot, moulding along the sides, and door visors.

The interiors of the Swift remain unchanged in the Blitz Edition.
Maruti Suzuki Swift engine specifications:
The Maruti Suzuki Swift is offered with a 1.2-litre Z-Series engine, which is an inline three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine, that churns out 82 BHP and 115 Nm torque, mated to a five-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. There is a CNG variant also available in the Swift. In the CNG mode, the engine produces 70 BHP and 112 Nm torque.
Maruti Suzuki Swift sales in September 2024:
The Maruti Suzuki Swift recorded total sales of 16,241 units and saw a surge of 1,538 units as compared to September 2023. Swift recorded a surge of 10.46 per cent on a year-on-year basis. It also recorded a surge of 3,397 units as compared to August, registering a growth of 26.45 per cent on a month-on-month basis.
