Techknowgreen Solutions IPO opens today: Here's all you need to know

Techknowgreen Solutions IPO: The IPO of Techknowgreen Solutions Limited, an SME company, is set to open on September 18, 2023. The company aims to raise Rs 16.72 crore through the IPO, offering shares at a fixed price of Rs 86 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 per share.

IPO details 

The IPO consists of a fresh issue of 19.44 lakh shares, totalling Rs 16.72 crore. Investors can bid for a minimum of 1,600 shares and in multiples thereof, with a minimum investment requirement of Rs 1,37,600 for retail investors. High-net-worth individuals (HNI) need to invest in a minimum of two lots, equivalent to 3,200 shares, amounting to Rs 2,75,200.

The IPO will close on September 21, and the shares are expected to be listed on the BSE SME platform on September 29. The funds raised through the IPO will be used for research and development, infrastructure expansion, hiring, loan repayment, and general corporate purposes.

Indorient Financial Services Ltd is the book-running lead manager for the Techknowgreen Solutions IPO, with Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd serving as the registrar. Alacrity Securities is the market maker for the IPO.
